  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

 

Definitions
Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • USF Federal Credit Union does not share with our affiliates.
Non-affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • USF Federal Credit Union does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing

A formal agreement between USF Federal Credit Union and a non-affiliated financial company where we jointly market financial products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partners include financial service providers and insurance companies.


For Zelle® users, we may collect information in addition to the above. Such information includes your mobile device settings, unique device identifiers, and contact lists.
